Smith's Summary Part ??
It’s said that the win is the most important thing which is true but I don't believe that you always have to be happy about it. At the beginning of the season we would have gleefully accepted any away 42 - 14 win but things have changed since then and the club has the expectations of not only winning but playing good Rugby.

East vs West Midlands Representative Games
On Sunday 21st June, the East Midlands Service Area took on the West Midlands Service Area in the first games of their kind at U12s, U13s & U14s and U15s & U16s, kindly hosted by Nottingham Outlaws.

Under 14's Birmingham 14 Northampton 98
Northampton Knights don't usually need much invitation to play attacking rugby but with Sunday's weather and playing 9 a side it was always going to be a champagne rugby day for us. See more
Northampton provide bulk of players for East Mids squads
Northampton Knights have been well represented in the East Midlands squads at Under 12, 14 & 16 age groups that will compete against the West Midlands Origin team.
|
Under 12's Birmingham 0 Northampton 76
The Under 12 team had a highly impressive 76 - 0 victory against Birmingham on Sunday. See more.
All 4 Junior teams victorious
The Kurki Midlands Junior League is starting to take shape, with Northampton Knights the stand out team of the round, beating Birmingham Bulldogs away in all three age groups. The U16s posted a 22-62 scoreline, whilst the impressive U14s were just short of 100 points, final score 14-98 and the U12s kept a clean sheet finishing 76-0.

|
Birmingham Bulldogs 22 Northampton Knights 62
Northampton had begun the season with an impressive run of victories over Nottingham, Derby and North Derbyshire. However, the question still remained as to whether the Knights could travel and win, a question Northampton will have to answer four times in the next four fixtures. See more.
