Northampton Rugby League Club is an amateur sports club. Everything we done is undertaken by volunteers. This includes coaching one of the teams at the club, cooking food for the junior teams and filling up the water bottles.
In 2009 we had an excellent response to volunteering for the club and as we grow the number of volunteers that we need to continue being successful increases. In 2010 we recruited a Volunteer Coordinator to the club. That person is Chris Dove and his role within the club is to ensure that we have the right number of people undertaking the various roles.
Typical roles that we are looking to fill include :-
Team Coaches, First Aiders, Team Managers, Caterers, Match Reporters and Photographers.
The more volunteers that we have means that we can continue to grow the club, make being at the club an enjoyable experience and lessens the work that the current crop of volunteers have to do.
